Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Delivery
All readings are delivered within 1–12 hours (UTC+3 / Athens time zone) unless otherwise stated. Delivery is via digital PDF file only.

Revisions
Each order includes one small clarification if something is unclear in your reading. No full re-readings or new questions are included.

Refunds & Cancellations
As these are digital services, refunds and cancellations are generally not offered once the reading has been started or delivered, in accordance with Etsy’s digital product policy.
However, I want every client to feel supported. If there is a serious issue, please reach out — we can discuss a cancellation or refund on a case-by-case basis.
